TV Specialists, Inc. was incorporated by Ken Bollinger in 1953 as a service and repair center. Today, TV Specialists, owned by Ken's three sons, is primarily a sales, rental and installation organization specializing in home and professional electronics. In addition to contracts with state and federal government agencies, TV Specialists provides custom home cinema and automation, conference room control systems, professional video systems, and digital signage solutions.
Because TV Specialists caters to all of these different industries, we are able to offer different product lines within the same manufacturer - unlike many local electronic distributors. With the mainstream brands that we carry we are able to offer products from four different lines: Consumer, Business & Professional Displays, Broadcast & Productions, and Closed Circuit Surveillance. Within those categories, some of the things we handle are Projectors, Videoconferencing, Production equipment, Digital Cinematography equipment, Cameras, camcorders and accessories, Home theater systems, Speakers, Plasma and LCD Televisions and Monitors, A/V Receivers and separates. Sony S-Log is now available. The S-log option ( $3,680) for the highly respected PMW-F3 Super 35mm digital camera is now in stock and available for demonstration and or rental. It increases the dynamic range and exposure latitude to an amazing 12+ stops and gives a very pleasing film like image. The same option also gives you the ability to output 10 bit 4:4:4 color space and 3GSDI output. This is allowing the full linear transfer characteristic of the sensor (similar to a film negative) to be captured and then using a post production grading process achieve the desired results with outstanding dynamic range and full tonal value.
